Darren, a qualified, licenced and accredited Mortgage and Finance Advisor, is Director and owner of Streams Mortgage & Finance.
Having founded Streams in 2015, Darren’s focus has been on creating a business that is based purely around the customer, their needs and objectives. Darren strongly believes that, “We must add value to every customer, every time”.
His business model is also based on personal values that include integrity, honesty, respect, trust, efficiency, compassion and reliability.
To Darren, “The customer must come first”.A diversified career spanning some 25 years, has seen Darren own and operate a successful Insurance and Finance Investigations business, performed roles as Insurance Claims Advisor, Project and Operations Manager and successfully pursued his interests in Property Investment, Property Development and Property Renovation.
Darren’s passion for property investment came to fruition in 2007 after purchasing his 1st investment property, which resulted from many, many hours of research and education, followed quickly by the renovation bug.
After realising an opportunity, in 2008 Darren completed further studies in Property Development and went on to successfully complete a boutique 4 x townhouse development. Darren project managed his own development, including actively contributed to all aspects of the development including Design, Town Planning, Finance Submission, Project Management of Construction, Body Corporate and ongoing Rental Management.
Establishing a passion for the analytical and financial solution based aspect of property development and property purchasing process, Darren’s continual research including real life situation, he realised that you didn’t have to be a millionaire to realise your dreams or create wealth.
Hence, Streams Mortgage + Finance was born… With his desire to share his knowledge, expertise and genuine desire to assist others achieve their goals, Darren created Streams in order to provide the service and support that was evidently missing from the industry with the objective of providing the best solutions to suit the individual needs of everyday people to achieve their goals.
With his continual passion for property, driven attitude and utilising the extensive professional and life skills acquired, Darren’s goal is to now specialise in finance solutions to educate others and assist them to achieve their personal goals through property and in particular the best possible finance solutions to meet his customers needs.
